PUNJABI SWEETCORN & PANEER SUBZI




Hi Guys...
Today I'm coming up with a Subji,Basically Punjabi version..
Is there anyone here ,Who doesn't like Sweet corn & Paneer,...
But How many days ,Can we eat the same old preparation..?
Here I come up as a Subzi...
Long back,I've come across this in Chef Sanjeev Kapoor's recipe book..
I've done few changes according to our taste..
It's hit at home...
It goes well with Chapathi, Roti, Dosa or can be served with lunch too...
Its very simple & easy one too...

PUNJABI SWEET CORN & PANEER SUBZI

INGREDIENTS:
Sweet Corn-1 Cup (Boiled)
Paneer-1 Cup (Cubed)
Onion-1 (Chopped)
Tomato-1 (Chopped)
Capsicum-1/2
Jeera-1 Tsp

Jeera powder-1 Tsp
Dhania Powder-2 Tsp
Chilly Powder-2 Tsp
Salt-To Taste
Oil-1 Tsp
 

METHOD:
In a kadai,Take some Oil,Add Jeera ,Then Onions,Saute till it turns Pink..
Add Capsicum..
Then add Tomatoes...
Add Dhania powder,Jeera powder,Chilly powder,Salt...
Add the Sweet corn,Pour half a cup of Water,
Then Add the Paneer Cubes..
Saute well..
Garnish adding more Capsicum & serve Hot...
You can add Mushrooms,Spring Onions also as Variation...
