Hi Makkale,
Its been a long month, since I posted here...
Its because of Guests,Travel, wifi problem etc...
Now ,I'm back..
Today,I cooked Vaazhakaai Varuval..
I was stuck in my Nostalgic Reverie...
This recipe is almost my first Cooking,All alone in my New house,
Soon after my marriage..Though,I've cooked many times,in my mom's home..
After everyone left me & hubby in our new house,
I felt so lonely & a bit scary too...
Those were the days of Letters & Phonecalls only & Unfotunately,
We didn't have a Phone connection... :-(
I was brought up in a Huge Closely knitted Lovable family with 3 Sisters, Appa,Amma,
Legendary Grandma,Lots of cousins,Periyamma,Periyappa,Athais,Mamas...
So many helping hands too..
Then,I was left all alone in the Apartment,There geared up my Passion for Arts & Cooking too...
Still going strong...!!!
Ok.. Lets look into the easy ,Peasy recipe...

It goes well with Simple Sambar or Curd rice.. or even with Rasam saadham..
