Today I'm posting , My all time favorite Chinese Food... That too A Full Course of Meal from Soup..Rice & a Dry item too...
This soup is different from our Indian Soups,Which are creamy.,.. This one is a Spicy ,Tangy one... You feel better when you sip if u ve a Cold or even in a Cosy evening...
Manchow
Soup
Things Required
· Oil-2 Tsp
· Green
Chilies-2
· Celery-2
· Garlic-4
· Vegetables-2 Cups
· Vegetable
Stock-2 Cups
· Soya
Sauce-1 Tsp
· Pepper-1 Tsp
· AjinoMoto-A pinch
· Salt
· Chili
Sauce-1 Tsp
· Corn
Flour-1 Tbsp
· Fried
Noodles-1/4 Cups
Procedure
· Take
Oil+G.Chillies+Garlic Saute it well
· Add
vegetables +veg stock + soya sauce +
Chili sauce+ pepper +Ajinomoto +Salt….
Boil
well..
· Add
Corn flour mixed in water..
· Garnish
with Fried noodles & serve hot..
NASI GORENG
This is a Malaysian or Thai fried Rice,Veg version which I learnt from my Hubby's Mom... It may be different from the traditional one..
But ,I like this version... My daughter's favorite too...
Nasi Goreng(Veg version)
Ingredients:
• Oil-2 Tsp
• Garlic-5
• Onion-1 Cup
• Veggies(Carrot
,Beans, Capsicum, Cabbage)-1 Cup
• Soya sauce-2 Tsp
• Chilli powder-2 tsp
• Salt-To Taste
• Boiled rice-3 Cups
• Spring Onions-2
• Celery-2
Method:
Oil+ Garlic+ Onions+ Veggies… Sauté till Veg is cooked… Then
add Soya sauce+
Chili powder+ Salt+ Rice… Mix well…
Garnish with Spring Onions & Capsicum..
Can also Garnish with Fried Eggs...
Saucy Honey Gobi
Ingredients:
Onion-2
Capsicum-1
Green Chillies-3
Soya sauce-2 Tsp
Chili sauce-2 Tsp
Honey-2 TSp
Fried Gobi-2 Cups
Salt
Spring Onions-4
Method:
Take some Oil in a pan..
Add
onion cubes+ Capsicum cubes+ G.Chillies+ Soya sauce+ chilli sauce+ Salt+ Honey+
Fried Gobi… Sprinkle little water…
Garnish with Spring Onions…
At This moment... I would like to happily inform that These Chinese Delicacies were also done by my 12 year old Daughter,Sanjana in a Competition held in Karur on Children's day & She secured Second prize among 100s of contestants...
